Bethenny Frankel seems all kinds of happy with her new man Michael Cerussi, but he’s not so pleased!
Apparently Cerussi didn’t want the press digging around in his past, but they did, and WOW do we understand him wanting to keep this quiet!
Back at Union College in Schenectady, New York, a woman accused him and a frat brother of raping her! Cerussi admitted to consensual sex, and says it definitely wasn’t rape!
Also, the accuser never filed the police report!
As a result, Cerussi was kicked out of school, so he sued both the college and the alleged victim in 2001; a suit that lasted two years!
In the end, Cerussi got his student status reinstated, though he never returned.
But don’t start worrying just yet! Bethenny is totally aware of the situation, and she├óΓé¼Γäós got all of her people on this to let everyone know her man is innocent!
