Maybe the hammer will actually drop on Bill O’Reilly yet!
21st Century Fox has announced that they are opening an official investigation into sexual harassment claims against their popular Fox News TV host, according to Lisa Bloom, one of the attorneys who is representing a woman accusing O’Reilly.

Bloom spoke on CNN‘s Reliable Sources on Sunday and informed the media — and the broader, interested world — that an official investigation will soon be opening against O’Reilly after her and her client Wendy Walsh reported him to the corporate hotline, saying:

“I told them I really appreciate that and let’s get going as soon as possible. I’m told that they are taking it seriously, and they are going to do the investigation that’s legally required of them.”

We’ll see what ends up being “legally required” of them, of course, but this is a good start for Fox amid all the O’Reilly drama.
Bloom has aid that she’s been “flooded with calls” from other women seeking representation in the matter, too, indicating that many more stories may come out as the investigation winds forward.
She said her teams was reviewing the cases:

“Some of them their claims are time barred. Many of them, probably all of them are really scared…but we stand with women and so we are reviewing a number of other cases. What women want are their careers. As far as I can tell all of the women who have made claims against Bill O’Reilly have been driven out. That’s the really scary thing for them.”

Wow.
No comment from O’Reilly or Fox News yet about this, but watch Bloom in the TV interview (below):

And you can watch her and Walsh make their initial call to the 21st Century Fox corporate hotline (below) too:

Wow!!!
