Cash Money Records Sued Over Lil Wayne's Tha Carter III Licensing Rights...AGAIN!

This is so late; Tha Carter IV already came out! HA!
EMI Music has slapped Cash Money Records with threat of legal action after YMCB skipped some licensing payments.
Lil’ Wayne‘s Tha Carter III is the only record in question and EMI previously sued Cash Money for copyright infringement of the album.
EMI and Cash Money settled and the latter agrees to pay EMI in two installments, and paid the first.
So, you guessed it: Cash Money hasn’t paid the second and EMI wants THEIR cash money!
However, it doesn’t look like things will get too messy. Cash Money Records state that they have contacted EMI and they are working on how to settle this dispute amicably.
We love a nice and CLEAN legal battle!
