Talk about a flight from hell!!
On Tuesday, Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter and Snapchat to document her CRAZZZZZY eight-hour “flight to nowhere” after her flight to Japan was forced to make an abrupt U-turn. The drama all started late on Tuesday evening when the supermodel was informed that her All Nippon Airways flight was returning to LAX as there was a passenger on it who wasn’t supposed to be on the plane.

Wait — how does that even happen?? John Legend‘s lady revealed:
a flying first for me: 4 hours into an 11 hour flight and we are turning around because we have a passenger who isn├óΓé¼Γäót supposed to be on this plane. Why…why do we all gotta go back, I do not know

Thankfully, the Twitter queen gave her loyal followers some HIGHlarious updates. She continued:
I won’t be able to sleep until I know how this person figured out they were on the wrong flight. That’s all I ask. 150 people have been majorly inconvenienced, please, just tell me

They keep saying the person had a United ticket. We are on ANA. So basically the boarding pass scanner is just a beedoop machine that makes beedoop noises that register to nowhere

Police were interviewing all the people seated around the mystery person once we got off the plane. Why would they do this! I MUST KNOW MORE

And those tweets were only the highlights! Eventually, ANA moved Teigen and her husband to a separate room, where they were given ramen and let the model watch the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While (CLEARLY) this was a customer service move, Chrissy joked that those in charge were trying to “keep her quiet.”
The pregnant starlet added:
I have been moved to a room with Bravo. Clearly the authorities are trying to keep me quiet so I don├óΓé¼Γäót BLOW THE LID OFF THIS “SITCH” pic.twitter.com/ohhpCmjviG

She later poked fun at herself as she realized that this incident was the EXACT scenario from her recent birthday bash. We’re dead. LOLz.
After a long night at the airport, Mr. and Mrs. Legend FINALLY boarded another flight to Japan. However, her new flight seemed equally bizarre. She concluded:
Getting on another flight now oh bless

The airline has since addressed the controversy, as they relayed in a statement:
“During the flight, the cabin crew became aware that one of the passengers boarded the incorrect flight and notified the pilot. As part of the airline’s security procedure, the pilot in command decided to return to the originating airport, where the passenger was disembarked…. ANA is researching the situation currently to determine how the passenger boarded the flight.”
While we feel badly that Chrissy and co. were inconvenienced by the boarding snafu, we were LIVING for the drama online. Leave it to Chrissy to unintentionally entertain us on Twitter!!
