We had a feeling these cases would be thrown out!
On Friday, a judge ruled that Lindsay and Dina Lohan‘s multiple lawsuits against Fox News for defamation were not admissible in court. For those who might have forgotten, Dina and Linds sued the conglomerate and a few of their anchors for alleging the two did cocaine together.

Well…
Essentially, a judge argued that the “truth is a defense”, a major blow (see what we did there?!) to the actress. Considering Lilo has admitted to coke use before, we think the judge has a point.
Not to mention there’s a recording of Lindsay telling Michael Lohan that “mom’s on cocaine”, another damaging piece of evidence against the mother/daughter duo.
Given the obvious facts in the case, the judge was forced to throw the lawsuits out. Yikes.
