Even Worse News For Kelly!

This must sting!
The official numbers are in from Billboard and Kelly Clarkson‘s career crippling new CD, My December, has done even worse than projected.
As we reported yesterday, Hits Daily Double had projected that Kelly’s CD sold 300,089 copies. That number is actually lower.
My December, which came in at #2, ended up selling 291,000 copies – far below the #1 album in the U.S. this weeks, Miley Cirus‘s Hanna Montana 2: Meet Miley, which sold 326,000 copies.
Clarkson’s debut barely improved upon the opening week sales of her last album, Breakaway, which started at #3 with 250,000.
That album went on to move more than 6 million units in the U.S. alone and was filled with hits.
That’s not gonna happen with My December!
