Gabriel Aubry Must Be Monitored While Visiting With Nahla!

The never-ending battle between these two continues – and yesterday, it was Halle Berry in the win!
The actress’ custody battle with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, continued Friday after L.A. Department of Children and Family Services concluded its investigation, and the judge reportedly ruled, in light of allegations from the couple’s nanny that the model physically attacked her while she was holding daughter Nahla, that his visitations with her must be supervised – and he will not be allowed any overnight stays!
Furthermore, Aubry is now contesting the social worker’s recommendations that he go to anger management!
Such a shame that these two are going to such lengths to keep each other out of their daughter’s life.
Especially when the person it’s going to affect the most severely is her.
We’re still hoping for some sort of amicable resolution, but honestly, it just doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
Sad.
