Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
According to a court docs obtained by Page Six, Harvey Weinstein‘s first wife, Eve Chilton, claims she was told Harvey would not be able to pay child support for two of their teenage daughters for “at least one year.”
The ultimate ruling says Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz denied Chilton’s demand that the alleged sexual abuser pay her $5 million, which she claims is still owed from their 2004 $60 million divorce settlement.

Chilton argues there is a “├óΓé¼╦£real and present danger’ [Weinstein] would default on his financial obligations to her” because “she was informed [Weinstein] would not be able to pay his child support for at least one year.”
The request was ultimately denied because Chilton failed to show “a consistent pattern” of missed payments by Weinstein. Weinstein’s rep has since told People:
“Harvey has always paid his child support and will continue to honor his obligations. And the court agreed ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ hence the denial of her request.”
It’s unfortunate Weinstein’s kids are feeling the effects of their father’s gross behavior. We’ll keep you posted as this unfolds.
