The drama between Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell‘s baby momma is so, sooo far from over!
As we previously reported, Huda’s boyfriend Louis’ baby momma Nicole Olivera got a temporary restraining order against the Love Island USA star. She made some super disturbing allegations that Huda had flown to El Lay and threatened her and Louis’ 1-year-old son Luka-Kai. It was also reportedly claimed that Huda threatened her own life and the life of her own daughter, Arleigh. Horrifying!
Huda went on Instagram after this to deny the accusations. A source also alleged to TMZ at the time that Nicole is obsessed with Huda and Louis’ relationship and is using her son as leverage to manipulate Louis. A total mess, to say the least, no matter what way you look at it!

But now, regardless of whose statement is true, Louis claims he has been given an ultimatum. He either has to break up with Huda or never see his son again!
He alleged in court docs obtained by TMZ that Nicole has “unreasonably” cut off access to his son even though he agreed Huda wouldn’t be around when he was visiting. He also alleged in his filings that Nicole is using the young boy as a “bargaining chip” and has threatened to move out of state:
“I am seriously concerned that she will make good on this threat before she is served. I fear that she will move Luka, and I will have a hard time finding our son and being a part of his life … Nicole has threatened to move before and did so when we were in the UK.”
Oof…
Louis is seeking joint legal custody of his son with Nicole, and wants the court to make a parenting and custody plan that guarantees he gets to spend time with the boy.
