Jessica Alba's Honest Company Being Sued AGAIN -- This Time Over 'Organic' Baby Formula!

Jessica Alba
We’re starting to lose count of the lawsuits against Jessica Alba‘s Honest Company.
As we’ve reported, the actress-turned-business-mogul’s company has come under fire for a handful of products — soaps, cleaners, diapers, sunscreens, you name it.
And now, it’s happening yet again — but this time with the ingredients in the company’s baby formula.

In the latest lawsuit filed in El Lay Superior Court, the Organic Consumers Association claims Honest’s organic infant formula is “in fact not organic” as it allegedly includes 11 “synthetic ingredients not allowed in organic food by federal law.”
According to Page Six, the accusations read:

“Of the 40 ingredients … more than a quarter are synthetic substances that are not allowed in organic products … some … are federally regulated as hazardous compounds. At least one of these ingredients is irradiated … some have not been assessed as safe for human foods, much less for infant formulas.”

Some of the forbidden substances include: sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, and calcium pantothenate.
Yikes!
Might officially be time for a company name change…
