It’s so hard to say goodbye!
Jon Stewart has already announced that he will be exiting The Daily Show eventually but it seems like some of his best contributors are leaving before he goes!
One of those correspondents is the amazing Jason Jones who made his final appearance on the show he’s been on since 2005 and there were definitely a lot of tears in this episode!

The epic goodbye interview happened this past Thursday and it was bitter-sweet to witness Jon and Jason rehash some of their most favorite moments on The Daily Show and how key Jason has been for the show these past almost ten years.
And Jon was definitely getting a little sappy during the segment. We could tell when he told Jason:
“Nothing makes my job easier than knowing there is someone there who I can always go to, and always count on who’s going to deliver the funny, the smart, the everything. You were always that dude.”
Aww! That’s so sweet!
Jason and his wife Samantha Bee are both taking their leave to head to another channel for a sitcom, but they’re will always be remembered as a key component of this show during its absolute prime!
