The fucks-for-tracks singer’s original cover for her latest album, Colour Me Free, featured Stone contorted behind prison bars – what we interpret as a jab at EMI for not releasing Stone from her contract.
But EMI has drawn up a new cover for the album!
The all-text cover of Colour Me Free is the album art featured both in the iTunes store and at Joss’ exclusive retailer, Target!
What’s up with the switch????
Reps for Stone say the singer recognizes the original artwork as her album cover, but the big wigs at EMI are saying Joss “agreed to the [new] album cover selection.”
