Justin Bieber's Criminal Past Is OFFICIALLY Biting Him The Ass!

justin bieber brazil case reopened
Justin Bieber should probably reconsider his upcoming travel plans.
At the end of March, the Love Yourself singer is heading to Brazil as he has gigs lined up in Rio de Janeiro on March 29 and in S├â┬úo Paulo on April 1. However, we’re not sure the A-lister is ACTUALLY going to make the Brazil stops on his Purpose World Tour, as a Brazilian judge has granted a request to reopen a criminal case out against the pop star. Eek.

In case you forgot, while in Rio for his world tour back in 2013, the Biebs was given permission from the city to graffiti a wall in the neighborhood of Vidigal. Sadly, the superstar didn’t follow instructions as, instead, Justin and his pals chose to spray paint a wall belonging to the once-abandoned Gran Meli├â┬í Nacional Rio de Janeiro Hotel located in S├â┬úo Conrado neighborhood of the city.
Why?? Well, at the time, the controversial celeb’s camp defended that J.B. thought Vidigal was too dangerous a location for his spray painting antics and chose to vandalize the hotel as he thought it was just an abandoned building.
Unfortunately, the Gran Meliá Nacional Rio de Janeiro Hotel is protected by the Brazilian government as it was designed by famed architect Oscar Niemeyer. After a complaint was filed, Justin was charged with a crime against the city order and cultural heritage.
To make matters worse, the young punk later mocked the police as he took to Instagram and allegedly asked:

“Who’s gonna stop me huh”

Supposedly, the case was officially suspended in 2015 so that so the statute of limitations wouldn’t run out. Smart move!
It was a State Prosecutor who first filed to have the criminal case reopened and, thanks to the judge’s ruling, prosecutors may use police force to ensure that the troublemaker is served. Let’s just say it isn’t a great time to be Bieber!
