Kate Middleton Debuts A Gorgeous Green Lace Dress At The Portrait Gala

She may not be queen yet, but Kate Middleton has all the chops already!
The Duchess of Cambridge outshone everyone at the Portrait Gala fundraising dinner held at the National Portrait Gallery in London Tuesday evening.

Just like during her visit to Paris, she gifted us with another spectacular dress, this time a deep green lace number with long sleeves and a scalloped layer. What a lush, gorgeous color on her!
She paired the dress with a cream clutch and open-toe sandals, with her hair holding an extra amount of bounce!
Seriously, those curls have maybe never been shinier!
