The rough times for Katharine McPhee could be ending soon(ish)!
The internet went a blaze when the former American Idol finalist was caught in a seksi lip-lock with married Smash director, Michael Morris!
But now, an inside source is revealing the pair’s lip tryst was short-lived and totally dunzo:
“Katharine is no longer seeing Michael ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ at least for now. This is an incredibly hard time.”
Kat is still technically married to Nick Cokas, her husband since 2009, though the duo has been separated for months!
Perhaps the actress is trying to rekindle the fire that once was—because even though they’re living apart, she has no plans for an official split just yet:
“Katharine still has no plans to move forward with divorce at the moment, though they are not living together.”
Since the scandal broke, Katharine remained in hiding, but made her first public appearance last week.
Hopefully the out and about display is a sign of everyone moving on from the tonsil hockey drama!
