Basketball player Kendrick Perkins was picked up for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Perkins — who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder — was booked into Jefferson County Jail at around 4:00 AM. According to the jail, he posted $251 bond and was released shortly thereafter.
The charges are both misdemeanors.
He was in Texas for a charity event, which he missed because he thought he had food poisoning.
Because when you think you have food poisoning, the cure-all for it is copious amounts of booze and being disorderly.
