Harper’s Bazaar Spain is celebrating Cannes jury president Steven Spielberg in their June issue with a fashionable, yet cinematic editorial.
For the La Conexión Spielberg spread, or The Spielberg Connection, the mag featured four actresses in frames from some of the director’s most famous flicks.
The first is Mad Men‘s Kiernan Shipka dressed in a Marc by Marc Jacobs top, reprising Drew Barrymore├óΓé¼Γäós role as Gertie in E.T. How cute is that shot of her kissing that wrinkly old alien? LOLz!
Malin Akerman is downright terrified as Jaws‘ first victim in a blood red Eres swimsuit and Robert Lee Morris jewels. What? Don’t act like you wouldn’t wear that to dinner with a giant man-eating shark!
Evan Rachel Wood starred in the Jurassic Park frame as Laura Dern‘s Dr. Ellie Sattler in a Gap cami and Brunello Cucinelli top. We have to admit, she├óΓé¼Γäós pretty convincing with that velociraptor behind her!
Wrapping up the cinematic spread is Dakota Fanning in a Close Encounters of the Third Kind inspired shoot. The 19 year old poses in front of a UFO dressed in a Chloe top, J Brand x Christopher Kane pants and TOD’S shoes.
We love how they were able to captured the essence of each movie in just one shot! Wonder if Spielberg agrees???
