Kim Kardashian Explains Why She Does NOT Want You To Call Her Feminist -- Uhh, Okay!

Kim Kardashian West is a lot of things — but don’t call her a feminist.
On Monday, the KUWTK star took to her website and app to pen an essay about why she chooses to refrain from labeling herself a feminist. Hmm, go on!

In her candid note, the reality TV vet wrote:

“I’m all about empowering and uplifting women. Obviously, there are things about me that people might say make me a feminist: I work hard, I make my own money, I’m comfortable and confident in my own skin, and I encourage women to be open and honest about their sexuality, and to embrace their beauty and their bodies.”

Apparently, despite wanting “civil and social rights” for ALL people, the mother-of-two refuses to call herself a feminist because she despises labels. Yup, you read that correctly. Kimmy Kakes continued:

“But why do we have to put labels on things? … I’m a human being, and I have thoughts, feelings and opinions about a lot of different things. I don’t need to be defined by those beliefs, just as much as I don’t want to be set apart from├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥or viewed as being against├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥those who DO define themselves by those beliefs.”

We have a feeling frenemy Amber Rose is going to have something about this. LOLz!
What’s baffling about Miz Kardashian West’s description about NOT being a feminist, is that the letter just makes her sound like more of a feminist. We mean, further in her note the brunette beauty added:

“I feel that being grouped or labeled can create separation between people who do (or don’t) fall into certain categories, when they may actually share many of the same beliefs and goals. It’s not about he, she, gay, straight, black, white. The fight for equality is about ALL human beings being treated equally├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥regardless of gender, sexuality or ethnicity.”

So, essentially Kim is just saying she is a feminist but just doesn’t want to be called one. Huh.
What do YOU think? Does 35-year-old have a point?
