Kim Richards will not be pulling a Teresa Giudice, as she will not be facing jail time for her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel back in April. Woo hoo!
Unfortunately, Miz Richards is banned from the the hotel. Say goodbye to those bougie brunches girl!

Whomp, whomp.
Reportedly, the blonde beauty received a plea deal in court on Monday. It’s said the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was offered 3 years probation with 30 days of community labor and will have to take 52 AA classes.
Not too shabby of deal — if we do say so ourselves!
Though Kyle Richards‘ sister wasn’t in court herself, her attorney did work on her behalf to try and negotiate the labor requirement into service. Well done, sir!
According to her lawyer, the 50-year-old is unable to do physical labor due to a foot injury. Well that’s convenient!
However, if a doctor signs off on Kim’s injury claims by September 14 then it seems she won’t have to go to the big house.
Perhaps the probation and the AA classes will be just what the controversial celeb needs to get her life back on track?!
