Developer Howard Bulloch has announced a-mazing plans for a 500-foot viewing wheel, which will be built on the Las Vegas strip.
Bulloch plans to open the Skyvue Las Vegas Super Wheel in 2013, along with “a roller coaster and 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space.”
Here’s what the developer had to say about his grand project:
“Skyvue Las Vegas will complement both the hospitality and entertainment industries. This world class attraction fills a niche in our economic recovery, creating jobs and offering a new and unique entertainment offering for the tourist base.”
The wheel will contain 40 gondolas, each of which will be capable of holding up to 25 people. They’ll be available to rent for “private parties with catering and drinks.”
This is REALLY cool. Guess we better start looking into plane tickets now…
