Lisa Marie Presley Opens Up On Slimming Down! Says She's Back To Her Teenage Weight!

Like many other celebs, Lisa Marie Presley has made an effort to live a much healthier lifestyle by watching what she eats and regularly exercising, and it’s certainly paid off!
However, she’s not just doing it to shed a couple of extra pounds. She says her decision has a lot to do with her father Elvis Presley, who died at 42 due to his unhealthy habits!
She reveals:

“Knowing my family history ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ my father’s side is totally not healthy and they have shorter life spans, while my mom’s side is super fit with long life spans ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I didn’t know where I would land. So I said, ‘Okay. I’m going to play it safe and try to be as healthy as I can be.'”

Lisa says her biggest change has been watching what she eats, and so far she’s seen GREAT results as she says she’s at the same weight she was at when she was a teenager!
But dieting isn’t the only trick up her sleeve! She says her twins Harper and Finley Lockwood are better than any personal trainer money can buy:

“The twins are with me on tour and are constantly on the go, so they keep me moving. I do chase after them, but it’s not just that. There’s always so much going on with the little ones and the older ones, too. It’s a lot!”

Ha! Who knew mommy-hood could be such a great workout!
It’s great to see Lisa taking control of her own life and making a decision to make some healthy changes, and so far it sounds like she’s really happy with the results!
