Lorde Opens The NZ Music Awards With A New Twist On Royals! Watch Her Performance HERE!

Last night was the 48th annual New Zealand Music Awards – the biggest night of the year for NZ music!
So we’ll give you one guess who opened the show…
Duh! Who better to hit the stage first than Lorde!
The 17-year-old Kiwi isn’t just ruling the charts Down Under, she’s the Queen Bee worldwide! And her hit song Royals continues to reign supreme on the Billboard Hot 100 for the 8th straight week!
Yaay!!!
Before she got the award ceremony started, Little Lorde got on Twitter to share her excitement about being back in the motherland! She tweeted:

She of course had to give the crowd what they wanted and lead off the night with yet another performance of Royals.
But proving what a pop music pro she is, Lorde gave her hit single a bit of a twist!
She and that song are SO effin’ good! Which is probably why Lorde went home with four Tuis!
