Madonna is tough as nails!
As we reported last month, during her performance of Living For Love at the BRIT Awards, the 56-year-old fell down a flight of stairs after backup dancers pulled the Material Girl by her cape.

Luckily, the legendary pop star finished the number without any injuries.
Well, just exactly how did the Rebel Heart artist come out unscathed?
According to Madge herself…
It’s because she’s fit as f—!
She confesses:
“If I wasn’t in good shape — tuck and roll├óΓé¼┬ª I attribute a lot of the fact that I came out all right because I’m in good shape.”
In fact, the entertainer does SEVERAL workout routines to not only maintain her sexy figure, but to also keep her strong… you know, just in case she happens to take a tumble!
She dishes:
“I still do a lot of dance cardio. I started doing yoga again. I do interval training, metabolic interval training … jumping ropes; something called body art├óΓé¼┬ª It has to change. You get bored doing the same thing over and over again.”
Damn! Compared to her, we feel incredibly weak!
Madonna may have been knocked down, but she immediately got back up and delivered a killer performance! You go, girl!
