Mark Zuckerberg & His Wife Share 'Deeply Meaningful' Video About Investing In Daughter Max's Future

ICYMI: Facebook got it’s newest little member on Tuesday when Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan announced the birth of their baby girl, Max.
Along with the exciting news, the couple announced their plans to give away 99% of their shares in the social networking site to improving the next generation — roughly $45 billion. No biggie.
On Wednesday, the new media power couple released a touching video that Zuckerberg hopes to show their little one some day.
The 31-year-old entrepreneur posted the two-minute clip along with this message:

“A few weeks before Max’s birth, Priscilla and I took a morning to reflect and record our hopes for her and all children of her generation. It will be deeply meaningful to show this to her one day. I’ll share more soon.”

In the vid, the couple took a stroll and then sat down to talk about their decision to invest so much of their money in making the world a better place for their daughter’s generation. MZ shared:

“Having this child has made us think about all the things that should be improved in the world for her whole generation. The only way we reach our full human potential is if we unlock the potential of every person around the world.”

Chan continued his thought:

“We need to make sure that there are investments and programs that insure that the future isn’t going to be like today. The future is going to be better than today.”

Sounds like a solid plan to us!
Even though the baby hadn’t been brought into the world quite yet at the time the video was made, you can see the love the soon-to-be parents already had for the little bundle of joy and her future.
The New York native added:

“I hope that not just our child but everyone in our community has an opportunity to have a bigger impact in the world. I think she’ll get there.”
