We can always count on Megan Fox to give us her honest opinion…
Megan used to be OBSESSED with Marilyn Monroe, but she now has taken the late actress off her arm and off her heavenly pedestal!!
The This Is 40 actress removed a gigantic tattoo of her former idol after reading more about the woman and compares the starlet’s downward spiral to our very own Lindsay Lohan!
Foxy told Esquire Magazine:
“I started reading about [Marilyn] and realized that her life was incredibly difficult. It’s like when you visualize something for your future. I didn’t want to visualize something so negative….She was sort of like Lindsay. She was an actress who wasn’t reliable, who almost wasn’t insurable….She had all of the potential in the world, and it was squandered. I’m not interested in following in those footsteps.”
OUCH!!!!
That’s harsh, but also completely valid now that we think about it.
Hopefully LiLo won’t get insulted by Megan’s simple observation and take it as a SERIOUS cautionary tale!
