We are SO glad that Michelle Obama didn’t leave this exercise program behind — we think it’s so important!
Kids these days need to learn the values of staying active and the positivity that can come from being in tune with a healthy body vs. the dangers of being sedentary! FLOTUS has taken it upon herself to use her position to keep up with a program she created called Let’s Move Active Schools, and she just pretty much re-launched the program now that her hubs has been re-inaugerated!
In Chicago, she teamed up with celebs like Jordin Sparks, Serena Williams, Gabby Douglas, and Colin Kaepernick to get the healthy message across while creating physical activity programs for students!
SO FAB!
