That’s what he gets for carrying around duffle bags full of money! LOLz
SFX Financial Advisory Management Enterprises, which is owned by Live Nation Entertainment was home to Mike Tyson‘s money, but after an advisor from the firm allegedly EMBEZZLED over $300,000 of the legendary boxer’s $$$, the former champ is suing the shiz out of them.
Mike is claiming that not only did the company steal almost a quarter of a milly from him, but he’s stating that they cost him MILLIONS more from his earnings.
The case states:
“Defendants did not secure, protect, safeguard and appropriately apply the Tysons’ finances for their intended purposes, but instead misappropriated said funds for the benefit and enrichment of SFX/Live Nation.”
The heavyweight and his wifey, Lakiha are seeking over $5 million in damages for unjust enrichments, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent hiring, and the lawsuit is also claiming that the stolen loot has caused them to not be able to come out of bankruptcy.
SFX adviser, Brian Ourand was the person who jacked the money, but he has fled the company and hasn’t even been reported to the head honchos at the firm.
The company has returned some of the dough that was embezzled, but a lot of moola is still missing.
And to make matters worse, Live Nation has not said a damn thing about the suit.
SFX better hurry up and give Tyson his money! We wouldn’t want him starving and err… lead him to bite another ear off. LOLz
