Well well well! Our Ke$ha is apparently quite the elegant designer!
The ragin’ pop star showed up to the Video Music Awards with a clean face, a neat platinum hairdo, and rocking a black, floral minidress she designed herself!
It’s a sexy dress in a figure skater kind of way. We’re also feelin’ those black platform pumps!
