Aww!
Even though they don’t speak anymore – it’s obvious this dude still cares about the lady he used to call his wife.
When Nick Lachey was asked if he’d spoken to ex-wife Jessica Simpson since the birth of her second baby Ace Knute, he had the following to say:
“Nope, no. We’re not in touch. I certainly wish her the best and I would like to think the same on her end, but we don’t speak. We haven’t spoken in years. It’s like another lifetime ago. We don’t sit around as a family and watch the old DVDs!”
It’s so sweet that Nick wished Jessica and her baby the best, despite the fact that the two don’t don’t speak…
…Which we think is ridiculous by the way. These should just talk already!
They both totally have enough baby pictures now to share with each other.
They literally can just say hello, show each other pictures of their kids, and then say goodbye! Ha!
