It’s official… Olivia Jade has a fear of missing out!
As we reported, parents Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were indicted for allegedly paying bribes totaling $500,000 to have both of their daughters — including 20-year-old Isabella Rose — recruited for the USC crew team, despite not playing the sport.
According to a March interview on the Zach Sang Show days before her parents’ arrest, the 19-year-old revealed she sought higher education because she didn’t want to miss out on “all the parties.”

The YouTube star revealed:
“A lot of my friends didn’t finish high school or go to college just because they were so focused on [having YouTube careers], which I also think is really great, but I feel like I would have had weird FOMO not going to college if all my best friends from high school went and were, like, texting me, telling me how it was, all the parties, schoolwork, everything… I would be like, ‘What am I missing out on?'”
The social media star also acknowledged that her parents nudged her into attending an educational institution after high school.
“I’m so happy they made me go. That sounds terrible. They didn’t make me go… My sister [Bella] goes to the same school and we’re pretty much inseparable, so it was nice following in her footsteps a little bit. But I do like it. It’s cool.”
Though she was recognized “in the beginning, a little bit” when she went to parties, her classmates “don’t really care anymore” about her Internet fame.
On Wednesday, the Fuller House star and her husband appeared at a Boston courthouse to address their allegations.
The actress was greeted by fans who cheered, waved, and even carried cutouts featuring her face. The thespian gave a quick wave back, and said, “Thank you,” before entering the building.
According to a video obtained by ABC News, one admirer even shouted:
“Pay for my tuition, Lori!”
During their quick meeting with the judge, both Loughlin and Giannulli surrendered their passports. The 54-year-old starlet reportedly greeted the prosecuting team, smiled, and shook their hands.
According to federal law enforcement sources via TMZ on Wednesday, Loughlin could cut a plea deal, but prosecutors would still recommend jail time.
The official said:
“You can’t have people being treated differently because they have money. That’s how we got to this place. Every defendant will be treated the same.”
However, the judge — ultimately — has the final word.
She could face up to five years in prison, if convicted.
