Papa John's Isn't Going To Fire An Employee Who Shot An Armed Robber While On The Job!

no title
This is such a crazy story!
A pizza delivery woman for Papa John’s was making a stop in Decatur, Ga. on Sunday night when she was robbed at gunpoint.
While that’s enough of a story in itself, things got taken to a whole other level when the unnamed employee pulled out her own gun and shot her assailant in the face!
Georgia Police say that 24-year-old Donquaz Stevenson, the alleged robber, was found near the crime scene and is being treated at a nearby hospital for his wounds.

Despite disarming her robber, the employee’s car was still stolen by another person and they are still on the run.
Papa John’s has spoken out about the incident and have stated that despite a company-wide rule against carrying firearms, the employee in question won’t lose her job because her safety should, and did, come first.
Oh yeah, and police are looking into a lead that the initial delivery itself was all a part of the set-up!
We’re just glad that she’s safe and isn’t at risk of being unemployed for defending herself.
