How Paula Patton Got Into Post-Pregnancy Shape For Mission: Impossible 4

Actress Paula Patton only had five months to get back into shape after having her son, Julian Fuego.
And not just in pre-pregnancy shape, but in the BEST shape of her life to film Mission:Impossible 4 – Ghost Protocol.
Paula herself even admits that it was “crazy.”
She adds:

“It was really the most grueling and one of the hardest things I├óΓé¼Γäóve done. I worked out for two and half hours, six days a week for a couple of months. It was so hard! I would never cry in front of the boys, but inside I was hurting and a little depressed.
You have to get past that moment of self-doubt. After a month, the wall came down and the training felt doable. It still wasn├óΓé¼Γäót easy, but doable and that felt really empowering.”

So, how did she get into that great shape? She exercised with her hottie hubby Robin Thicke. (Yum!)
The two worked out for one hour five days a week, doing such activities as running, weight training, Pilates and yoga.

“We started doing it together years ago. I├óΓé¼Γäóm much more flexible than him, but he├óΓé¼Γäós much stronger than I am. So it├óΓé¼Γäós really fun to workout together. We balance each other.”

And doing all that hard work was worth it. Paula gushes over her son, saying:

“Becoming a mother is the best thing that├óΓé¼Γäós happened to me. He├óΓé¼Γäós at the age where he├óΓé¼Γäós talking. He├óΓé¼Γäós not doing soliloquies, but he├óΓé¼Γäós saying Mama, Dada, car and dog. His vocabulary is growing every day. He makes me so happy.”

Gurl, that is one grueling workout, but we admire your commitment. And you look FAB!
