Prince Philip Car Crash Victim Hints At Police Cover-Up?! Watch!

Whoa!
Emma Fairweather, one of the women who was in the car hit by Prince Philip in that scary crash last week, is concerned about how the investigation and aftermath of the royal accident is being handled by police!

Fairweather — who was sitting in the passenger seat and broke her wrist in the crash — went on the U.K. show This Morning earlier today and revealed that police STILL haven’t contacted her for a statement.
In the TV interview, which you can see in full (above), she revealed even more about the lack of support and truth involved, too (below):

“The support I was offered initially at the scene of the accident hasn’t really been the reality for me. I’ve actually had no opportunity to discuss this with anyone in any formal capacity yet. I need somebody to understand that I still have medical concerns, I’m very worried I haven’t been asked for a statement from the police and I don’t know the truth of it. When I contacted the family liaison officer from Norfolk Police to say I have a number of questions, he hasn’t been prepared to listen to those.”

NOT a great look for Norfolk Police, or the royal family’s support staff, if they haven’t reached out to the everyday people impacted here!!!

A spokeswoman for the Norfolk Police may not have been prepared to listen to Fairweather, but they did manage to speak to People over the weekend, releasing this statement (below):

“In any collision investigation our priority is to ensure medical welfare is addressed in the first instance before taking any statement. We can confirm arrangements were made on Friday (18 January) to take a statement from the passenger involved in the collision. This will take place tomorrow (22 January). Further contact was attempted on a number of occasions over the weekend but unfortunately these were not successful. Family liaison officers are not normally deployed for collisions of this nature. However, recognizing the level of public interest in this case we felt it appropriate to provide additional support. All family liaison officers give advice around handling media attention, and as part of this, it is made clear that it is a decision for the individual whether or not to speak to journalists.”

Hmmm…
It gets crazier, though; not only has Fairweather said Prince Philip has not apologized to her over the accident and injuries, she also disputes a witness’ claim that Philip said immediately after the crash that he’d been “dazzled by the sun” as a cause of the collision!

Fairweather noted that, as well as her displeasure that the 97-year-old was back behind the wheel not even two days later (below):

“I don’t remember it being sunny that day. I would never want to put myself in a position where I would say that the Duke is not being honest. But I do not recall that that day was sunny. That’s all I can say. That’s not the day that I had. I had a day that we’d been complaining that morning that is was miserable and overcast … And I’m very upset, because accidents do happen and there needs to be a period of reflection of what could be done differently to prevent the same thing happening again, and it’s just highly insensitive and inconsiderate towards me and everyone involved.”

Wow!!!!
Good for this woman… not only has she thus far not been intimidated by the royal family in any apparent way, but she’s also speaking out over what she thinks is some fishy treatment.
Never a bad thing to hold public people’s feet to the fire and make sure they face consequences just like the rest of us would!!!
U agree, Perezcious readers?! Let us know what you think about this entire crash controversy in the comments (below)…
