If you wanna hear movie stars’ opinions of nudity in film, all you need to do is go to Cannes!
Yesterday we heard Nicole Kidman talk all about her personal scenes in The Paperboy, and today we hear director David Cronenberg tried getting Robert Pattinson to debut his balls!
R-Patz explains a risque scene his director wanted to try in Cosmopolis:
Five minutes before we filmed, David told me, ‘I want to see the bottom of your balls on the top of the frame.’ At the moment, I reminded myself that I would do anything for him. So I went back to see him and told him that wouldn’t happen. He took it really well. At the start, it’s a very bizarre scene that you won’t see again in another movie, I promise.
Never say never! Ha!
Too bad he passed on Cronenberg’s idea.
It was a genius vision if you ask us! 😉
