Seems like after finalizing his NBC deal, Ryan Seacrest is ready to move out on to bigger and better things!
Seacrest has just put his six bedroom, 6 ½ bath Mediterranean mansion for sale for $11,985,000!!!
The Hollywood Hills pad has a 10,000 square-foot main house and also includes a guest house, pool, tennis court, wine cellar and screening room!
The house previously belonged to actor Kevin Costner, before Ryan bought it in 2006. Sounds like he was already wanting to move out in 2010, though — he placed it on the market for $14.95 million, but was unsuccessful in selling it.
Wonder where he├óΓé¼Γäóll move to next? Maybe he and longtime GF Julianne Hough are in the process of looking for a place together…?!
Hopefully he has some better luck this time around!
