Sherri Shepherd Had A PRENUP To Keep Her Unborn Child For Herself!

She ain’t backing down — no way, no how!
Sherri Shepherd‘s estranged husband Lamar Sally shocked the world when it was revealed that he wanted full custody of his and Sherri’s unborn child – who is being carried via a surrogate – for himself!
Well, Sherri has revealed that she does not plan on letting that happen, and she’s got a strong reason why it won’t!
According to her prenup docs — the hubby conceded that the unborn child would live with Sherri along with the television personality’s son Jeffrey from another relationship.
That SHOULD give Sherri full custody, but you never know until the judge in these cases makes the final ruling!
Lamar’s legal documents reveal that the estranged husband is trying to have the judge throw the prenup docs out of the courtroom because of “fraud” although we’re not sure how he plans to prove that.
In the unlikely event that he succeeds, he’d be able to pursue full custody of the unborn love.
Another underlying motivation for Lamar to get rid of those pesky prenup papers?
It may prove to earn him more money! Especially since right now he’ll only receive one payment of $60k — although we’re not sure if he even deserves that!
Sherri earned that money! Not him!
