Sherri Shepherd Is Heading To Pennsylvania Supreme Court Over Surrogate Child Support Lawsuit!

Sherri Shepherd
Turns out Sherri Shepherd will be heading to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania after all.
The 48-year-old comedian continues the heated legal battle with her ex Lamar Sally after the 30 Rock alum expressed she no longer wished to be the legal parent to Lamar Jr. — who was born via an egg donor last year.
In November, The View host was denied an appeal to have her name removed from the child’s birth certificate.

Now, Sherri is asking the court to relieve her from paying $4,100 a month until L.J. turns 13 years old, at which point child support increases to $4,600 per month until he is 18.
The Chicago native is arguing that the first judge overstepped when using the surrogacy contract to legally make her the mother of a child she isn’t biologically related to, according to docs obtained by TMZ.
On the other side, her ex doesn’t understand why Miz Shepherd forked over $100k for the surrogacy process… and now doesn’t want to be involved. Sally reportedly thinks it’s a shame that one day their child will be able to see how much Sherri didn’t want to be in his life.
Sad.
No decision has been made by the Supreme Court.
