The Situation is in a bit of a predicament.
That’s because, as we previously reported, The Jersey Shore‘s Mike Sorrentino has been indicted for tax evasion.
But now that the news of the fraud has been around for a few days, Mike is finally coming forward with a reason for his blunder.
According to Sitch, it’s really his brother’s fault for not filing taxes on the $8.9 Million he made in earnings.
Apparently, Mike turned all monetary dealings over to his brother Marc Sorrentino, who in turn messed up with the IRS.

We understand that Mike was trying to keep it in the family, but maybe setting Marc up with some accountants would have avoided this whole mess.
We say that because it’s being reported that while Mike does belong to an accounting firm, he’s only talked to them about money the very first day he joined as a client.
This seems like a really sticky situation for Mike, because if he’s telling the truth, he’ll have to throw his brother under the bus, but if he really did just mess up, then he could be facing jail time.
Either way, things aren’t looking good for TVGN‘s The Sorrentinos.
