It looks like the 44-year-old actress and the 51-year-old serial celebrity dater financier are up in arms over the custody of their two-year-old daughter Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence; who goes by Luna.
The couple has had a rocky relationship since they started dating back in 2007, and even broke off their second engagement back in April.
Despite living in London, Arpad filed his case in New York. It’s also currently unclear why the two waited six months after their ended relationship to figure out Luna’s situation.

And this isn’t the first juicy break up for either Uma or Arpad!
Ethan Hawke and Uma divorced after reports of cheating five years into their marriage, and they have two children together; Maya, 16, and Levon, 12.
At the same time, Arpad and his ex Elle MacPherson have two sons together; Flynn, 16, and Aurelius, 11.
With so many kids involved in this case, we hope everything gets solved quickly, especially for Luna’s sake.
