Vanessa Paradis Takes An Unhealthy Break

Vanessa Paradis is a beautiful woman who has made at least one very poor decision in her life: to take up smoking.
It’s such a bummer when we see famous people we like suckin’ down smoke out of those nasty things — we want to believe that the great choices they’ve made to get as far as they have makes them invincible to awful. Those who look up to them are probably really affected by all this!
In the end, Vanessa is an adult. It’s her decision to catapult her cancer chances to astronomical levels if she wants.
We just wish she wouldn’t!
Plus, without having to take breaks, we’re willing to be that Fading Gigolo, which she’s working on with John Turturro, would finish faster.
