Wife Of Puddle Of Mudd Singer Asks Judge To Throw Out Prenup

Um, probably not gonna work, honey!
The estranged wife of Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin wants a judge to throw out their prenup agreement so that she can have HALF of his assets.
Jessica Nicole Scantlin feels she’s entitled to 50% of his money because she says that she helped to inspire his work during their relationship.
In the legal documents she filed in El Lay, Jessica wrote that she:

“will seek for the premarital agreement to either be set aside on the grounds that it is either unenforceable or she was coerced into executing it.”

She also claims that he coerced her into signing a prenup before they wed back in 2008, but is now asking the court to grant her “one-half interest of all past, present, and future revenues” generated by the music Wes created during the marriage.”
She’s going to need way more proof if she wants half of everything he has.
Thankfully, the two don’t have children together (imagine how nasty that could get), but Wes does have a son from a previous relationship.
