As we mentioned earlier today, Howard K. Stern is refusing to make a deal with the District Attorney regarding his felony charges in the Anna Nicole Smith case.
His arraignment was scheduled for this morning, with everyone assuming he’d plea the ever so common “not guilty.”
But Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Kristi Lousteau has delayed the arraignment of Stern and psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who treated Anna.
Both individuals face charges of conspiring with another physician to provide Anna with prescription drugs.
Stern and the Doc each face six counts and could spend almost six years in prison if they’re convicted.
The arraignment has been postponed until May 13th.
