Isn't that inneresting.

Today, key witness CBS Chairman Les Moonves testified in the ongoing trial between Dick Clark Productions and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, claiming that his network was more than ready to pay big $$$ to get the Golden Globes on their network.

In his written deposition submitted to the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Moonves revealed that his team was ready to pay between $25 and $30 million for the broadcast, a significant higher rate that the $21 million NBC pays annually. When asked again about the price point, Moonves said:

We've just learned that Shirley MacLaine has joined the cast of Downton Abbey for its third season, which premieres on UK network ITV this fall! U.S. audiences will be able to check out the show on PBS' Masterpiece Classic in early 2013.

Shirley is set to star as Martha Levinson, the "mother of American-born Lady Grantham (Elizabeth McGovern)."

And this has nothing to do with pudding!

Claire Danes has been named Woman of the Year by Hasty Pudding Theatricals. Previous winners include Julianne Moore, Charlize Theron, Anne Hathaway and Halle Berry.

Known for its fabulous burlesque shows, the Hasty Pudding Theatricals will have a parade led by Claire before she receives her award later that afternoon.

2012 has been very kind to Danes; she scored her third Golden Globe with Showtime's Homeland and she gets to lead a parade full of fabulous divas!!!

Lucky!

Claire will make the trip to Cambridge on January 26th.

Gurl looks PISSED!!

Yesterday, a report ran on and on about Kelly Osbourne going on a drunken rager at a Golden Globes after-party. Not only was she off the wagon but she supposedly went on and on about her hatred for Christina Aguilera.

But according to Kelly O, she never even went to one of those parties!! So now she's tweeting up a storm, trying to get it all off her chest.

Okay, these two seriously need to come forward as a couple already! They've obviously surpassed the Friends with Benefits category!

Last we heard about Cameron Diaz and Diddy's "relationship," they had been spotted at the Weinstein Company's after party…where it seemed like Diddy had Cameron on a short leash.

Now, we're hearing that the two were also spotted at CAA's Golden Globes party at Soho House in West Hollywood, and according to an onlooker, Cameron was "straddling" Diddy at the event.

It looks like this feud has been squashed thankfully.

Sir Elton's hubby, David Furnish, has issued an olive branch to Madonna. David posted an apology on his Facebook page to the Queen of Pop.

Sources say that Kelly has been boozing for awhile and after the Golden Globes, things got really nasty.
