Mariah Carey is making some changes after that horrendous New Year's Eve performance!
On Tuesday, Entertainment Tonight learned the 46-year-old has parted ways with her longtime creative director, Anthony Burrell, in the wake of what might be her worst performance to date.

A source close to Miz Carey told the outlet:
"He's not being brought back [in 2017] for a number of reasons."
The insider explained that one of the reasons the New York native is no longer working with her tour choreographer is because he decided to change the backup singers' positions for the New Year's Rockin' Eve performance without running it by Mimi or her team.
The confidante confessed that the Pennsylvania native had instructed the vocalists to move off the stage — placing them at the base of the risers — so there could be more room for the momma-of-two's backup dancers.
The source spilled that this call "left Mariah without any support," because the singers could've given Mariah help or cues in the case of a faulty earpiece.
What do U think of all this NYE drama, Perezcious readers?!
