After that egregious Photoshop disaster, we're glad to see Sarah Jessica Parker's normal, human face again!

The actress and hubby Matthew Broderick (wearing a powder blue bowtie!) attended the 10th Annual Love ‘N’ Courage Benefit for TNC’s Emerging Playwrights Program in NYC on Monday night.

SJP looked lovely in a dotted dress with tiered ruffle skirt, beaded cardigan, and pink pumps.

Quirky, cute, and fab!

We could easily see Carrie wearing this on an episode of Sex and the City!

So now that her Broadway play, Dead Accounts, is.. well, dead… is Katie Holmes moving back to Hollywood? Or somewhere else?

Apparently the answer is no, spelled N-Y-C!

Along with co-showrunner Jenni Konner, Lena has created a bona fide hit for the network, and they're hoping the duo can do it again!

Only instead of Girls, they'll be writing about women! One particular woman, in fact- Betty Halbreich!

Over the last four decades, the personal shopper has become a fashion guru to stars such as Meryl Streep, Katie Couric, and even Sarah Jessica Parker!

That's right! Betty helped create the look for Sex And The City, the show that helped create the look for America!

Is Lena Dunham ready to write a woman that already became who she was? Guess we'll have to tune in to find out!

The Carrie Diaries has already seemed to get Sarah Jessica Parker’s seal of approval, but was the pilot enough to leave you wanting more??

Last night, we got a look into Carrie Bradshaw’s life before her Sex & The City days and got to revel in ‘80s hits and relive those awkward teenage years!

However, is Carrie only getting herself into trouble, hanging out with and being influenced by Larissa, the Interview mag style editor and klepto?

Now that the majority of the backstory is out of the way, let’s hope the show’s second ep REALLY reels us in!

Though, always a plus?? The ‘80s soundtrack, although we were hoping to see more authentic, retro fashion!

They always say it’s hard to beat the original.

And that is heightened when the show and character are so beloved as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City.

But now, AnnaSophia Robb has started her attempt at filling Sarah Jessica Parker’s Manolo Blahniks with the premiere of Carrie Diaries last night.

While she’ll never be enough for some, it seems she has received the ultimate compliment.

AnnaSophia revealed how SJP recently gave her the seal of approval in taking on the name she made famous.

"When I used to watch Gossip Girl or Sex and the City, I thought the things that happened were totally exaggerated. But then I got here and realized they’re not. That's what it's really like!"

We are insanely excited for the premiere of The CW's The Carrie Diaries, and this Teen Vogue February cover featuring the star of the show AnnaSophia Robb is really whetting our appetite!

For one thing, the 19-year-old blonde makes a perfect young Carrie in a striped Michael Kors tank and P. & C. Habig hat.

She's really got that quirky/pretty factor that Sarah Jessica Parker embodied so well as the grown-up Carrie in Sex and the City on the cover.

And we are just DYING over
