We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!

Perhaps one of the MOST emotional moments of last night's American Idol finale wasn't JUST Phillip Phillips being crowned…but one that came as a blast from Idol's past!

We mean, we'd watch just to see her drink that Pepsi, c'mon! Ha!

And beautiful Demi Lovato!?! The power of Lovatics?! OMG this season is gonna be GREAT!

Media extraordinaire Wendy Williams celebrated a VERY special occasion on her show today — her 500th episode!!!

For a show that originally was only given SIX weeks to prove it had what it took to stay on air, we'd say that's a pretty HUGE accomplishment!

We mentioned yesterday that Wendy would be commemorating this event with none other than Paula Abdul — who dished on everything from why she left American Idol to the whole X Factor shuffle…and of course, how she REALLY feels about Simon Cowell!

Vampire Diaries has the most nominations. Kat Graham and Nina Dobrev BOTH up for Choice TV Actress!

American Idol, Justin Bieber, and The Avengers also got a ton of love.

Hmmm.

Maybe Joss Whedon should direct an Idol movie starring Bieber as Simon Cowell… We would watch that, LOLz!!

There are new categories this year, too!!

For example, Lois Lowry's 20 year old novel The Giver was nominated for Choice Book.

It's awesome they're reaching so far back in time but somehow we Twilight and Hunger Games are still the favorites.
