This is so exciting!
On Tuesday, Bob Greenblatt made the announcement at the Television Critics Association summer press tour saying:
"We're thrilled to announce Jimmy as host of ‘The 74th Annual Golden Globes. This is the most spontaneous and uninhibited award show on television, and Jimmy's playful, disarming comedic brilliance makes him the ideal host to enhance and elevate the sense of fun and irreverence that's made the Golden Globes one of the premier events of the entire broadcast year."
It's not the home of The Flash for nothing!
The CW is currently offering its most impressive line-up in its nearly 10-year run, so it should come as no surprise that other companies want in.
After winning Golden Globes for both Jane the Virgin and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and netting best-ever ratings from the Arrow universe over the past two years, the CBS sister channel seems to have grabbed the attention of the biggest superpower in the TV world right now… Netflix!
In fact, the streaming service just announced a new deal with the younger-skewing network that will make it easier for you to watch your favorite shows than ever before.
That's because for the 2016-2017, most of The CW series' full seasons will be available on Netflix just 8 DAYS after their finales!
Netflix CCO Ted Sarandos confirmed the news in a statement on Tuesday, saying:
Jack Antonoff just gave Lena Dunham a ring…
On Wednesday, the Girls creator took to Instagram to flaunt her new piece of jewelry to her many followers. LOVES it!
Unfortunately, the new rock isn't an engagement ring but rather it is just an anniversary present. Sorry, folks!
In fact, it seems as though the music festival has turned into quite the family affair as Sylvester Stallone, Cindy Crawford, Kyle Richards and more attended the event with their famous broods. LOVES it!
Over the weekend, the Rocky actor took to Instagram to share pics and videos from the A-list filled desert adventure. Not to mention, the time away was the perfect bonding session for the Golden Globe winner and his beautiful daughter Sophia.
For the pic (above), he wrote:
This show can officially do no wrong.
After 13 episodes filled to the brim with original music, you'd think Rachel Bloom and the rest of her Crazy Ex-Girlfriend team would have had a dud or two by now… but you'd lose that bet!
There's a reason why the musical comedy already won a Golden Globe for its freshman season, and that's because of the immaculate attention to detail, spot-on spoofs, and achingly real character development.
Well, we're excited to say that we have been blessed with an exclusive preview of this Monday's brand new episode, and fan-favorite Darryl (Pete Gardner) is well on his way to being the most fleshed out bisexual character currently on television.
We've already seen him accept his sexuality while falling for White Josh (David Hull), but now Darryl seems ready to share the news with his coworkers with the song Gettin' Bi!
It's a straight-up throwback to the '80s, and if this is what the show's teasing for this week, we can't wait to see how the rest of the episode plays out.
Ch-ch-check out a sneak peek of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend ahead of its premiere Monday at 8 p.m. EST on The CW (above)!!!
Whoa! We've been waiting for this!
As you know, the pair announced their decision to divorce last June and shortly after reports went rampant that Affleck had an affair with the beloved couple's kids' nanny Christine Ouzounian.
Now, Garner is ready to talk — and she's saying the 28-year-old employee had nothing to do with the divorce.
Miz Garner explained:
"It was a real marriage. It wasn't for the cameras. And it was a huge priority for me to stay in it. And that did not work."
Apparently, there's more to the story:
That's a wrap!
On Friday, Peter Facinelli and Jaimie Alexander announced they ended their engagement AND relationship after dating for three years.
The 42-year-old actor and the 31-year-old actress released the following statement
