Uh, oh!

Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz have taken everything back regarding their domestic violence case and Jenna explains that "everybody makes mistakes."

This was a pretty big mistake then with all of the media attention! Jenna says:

“I mean, everybody makes mistakes when it comes to a relationship and we both love each other and there’s no doubt about that, there’s no doubt about it. I don’t know why [he gave a press conference]. I think a lot of times when you’re in an altered state of mind, when you’re sad, just been arrested and lawyers and handlers and PR people get a hold of you, you end up just doing what they tell you to do.

"And he made a mistake. [The press conference] was a mistake and I made a lot of mistakes too because I said a lot of things in the heat of being upset and hurt and I just want it all to go away.”

Jenna is currently unable to communicate with Tito due to police restrictions, but she wants everything to go back to normal with her family. She explains

“I’m doing everything I can to save my family. I love my husband and I’m doing everything I can to keep my family together. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Tito is not going to be marred by this. You know, things happen in relationships, but I know that I love him and I know what kind of man he is, I know what kind of father he is, and I don’t want to lose him.

“Yes [he’ll be able to come back home], and I’m going to do everything I can to protect my man and that’s the last thing I really want to say.”

We sincerely hope it was a misunderstanding and that she isn't actually going back to an abuser — things could only get worse from here!

WTF?? So they were both LYING??

Jenna Jameson is reportedly withdrawing the abuse allegations she made against her boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, claiming that it was a big misunderstanding!

Seriously??

She says:

"What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in."

Of course, now that she's proven that she's not a drug addict, Tito's tune is changing as well. He now is claiming that he found two oxycontin pills in Jenna's pants pockets that are apparently very old, and he jumped to conclusions about her using!

So how does this affect the domestic abuse charges??

This mess is getting so effing ridiculous! Either they're both pathological liars or she's going back to an abuser!

After Tito Ortiz accused Jenna Jameson of being addicted to OxyContin and that it contributed to their domestic violence case, Jenna Jameson completed a drug test the following day proving that she was NOT high on OxyContin — or any other drug!

The test was administered by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas and proved that Jenna's urine was "negative" for 10 major drugs including cocaine, marijuana, meth and oxycodone.

"I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug," Jenna confirmed and her attorney added:

"The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances. Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by results from this prestigious testing facility."

What's your crappy excuse NOW, Tito?!

There ISN'T one and we hope you get the punishment you deserve!

Bad UFC fighter! Bad! Bad!

As the police are investigating Tito Ortiz on charges of domestic violence against his GF Jenna Jameson, court records have been uncovered revealing that Tito was sentenced to jail time back in 1998 after pleading guilty to charges of “battery with serious bodily injury.”

The case went to trial and resulted in Tito completing 29 days in prison, 232 hours of community service and three years probation.

According to Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney James Blatt, this prior conviction can and will be taken into account when the current case is filed.

In other words, you're screwed Tito!

You must learn to keep your hands to yourself when you when you are out of the ring!

It's that time of the year again, and a new season of Celebrity Rehab will be upon us soon! Seeing as there's quite an abundance of celebrity fuck-ups as of late, the casting crew has attempted in vain to recruit ALL of them, including Lindsay Lohan, Heather Locklear, Brooke Mueller, and Jenna Jameson!

All four of them apparently told producers that they didn't have a problem and turned down the show. Lindsanity, in particular, apparently wouldn't even do it for $1 million paycheck!

Wow! You sure about that decision, bb? When was the last time you were offered THAT kind of money??

Producers are now attempting to court Charlie Sheen, but we're sure he's 'fine,' too!

LOLz! So ridiculous.

The war of the words between Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz escalated this morning when an unlikely and super skanky party joined in to stand behind the former porn star - Tiger Woods' craziest whore, Joslyn James!

As everyone knows, Jenna has alleged that Tito threw her into a bathtub during a dispute and tore two ligaments in her shoulder. Tito was arrested, but later claimed that he never laid a hand on his girlfriend. He maintains that Jenna has an addiction to painkillers and is using this as a way to avoid dealing with it.

Now, despite Jenna's reports that this is the first time anything of this nature has happened between the two, Joslyn has come forward to say she's been witness to multiple incidents where Tito was abusive!

She says:

"I saw three separate situations myself. They would be partying, and she wouldn't do anything in particular to set him off."

We all know that this girl has no boundaries when it comes to seeking attention in press, so we're slightly skeptical. If Jenna says this is the first time, why would this skank come forward and blatantly contradict it?

Although she was an alleged victim of domestic abuse on Monday, Jenna Jameson cannot get her story straight.

Jenna was seen at 8pm last night and claimed that her boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, never touched her, but after his press conference a few hours later - where he said she was an addict hooked on pain pills - she changed her tuned and was referring to him as a "wife beater."

WTF?!

Here come the crocodile tears!

After being arrested for domestic abuse charges against his girlfriend, Jenna Jameson, Tito Ortiz made this statement regarding the matter - claiming that he didn't touch her, and the police were contacted after he confronted her for using oxycontin! Jenna denies the claims.

Chip Matthews, Ortiz's lawyer, says:

"As Tito was leaving, unfortunately she contacted the police department through another individual. I want to be quite clear, Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna."

Ortiz continued:

"I mean, it just means the world to me that all my friends and all my family know that I thank them for their support. My parents have been through an addiction, and I see it in the mirror, and I'm not going to let my family go through that again."

Those are both pretty hefty allegations on either side! However, police CONFIRMED Jenna had visible injuries - and why on EARTH would she want to put the father of her children and herself through all of this if it weren't true?

Shady shady.
