While Guy Ritchie frets over his future with his children, Madonna's been partying it up.

The Material Girl reportedly threw quite the materialistic bash following her Boston show, reserving an entire floor of the Ritz Carlton for her and her entourage to debauch until the sun came up. Or someone pulled the fire alarm - as the case was.

But Madonna herself peaced out once her bedtime hit. Otherwise she would have turned into a pumpkin. Or the Wicked Witch, depending on your point of view.

Meanwhile, as Madonna's lawyers arm themselves for the upcoming court battle, Guy claims to want no more than a division of the couple's properties and a lump sum.

The money is not as great an issue as custody of the children is. Ritchie is desperate to keep his 8-year-old son in England because he wants Rocco to grow up a London lad. Madonna, however, wants the kids in the States.

A pal tells The Daily Mail, "'The idea that he [Rocco] will be across the Atlantic from Guy most of the time is tearing him [Ritchie] apart."

Poor former Mr. Madonna!

But really, what was he thinking when he hooked up with Her Madgesty?

Insiders say that the marriage "became less about passion and more about control" as Madonna's strange age-defiant rituals emerged.

In addition to forbidding them from watching TV, Madonna reportedly kept her family, and Guy, on a short leash, with strict dietary rules. At dinner everyone ate steamed fish with seasonal vegetables, and for breakfast, Madonna made Guy drink zero-fat smoothies. If Guy wanted a treat, he'd have to sneak down to the pub for one.

Instead of spending time with the fam, Madge spent more time at the gym with her personal trainer, much to the dismay of her husband. And at night, instead of a good old romp in the sack, Madonna preferred to spend hours bathing in pricey creams and zipping herself up in a plastic body bag, which is an ancient alien anti-aging method.

We love all the sordid deets trickling out of this divorce.

So the latest development in Madonna and Guy Ritchie's epic divorce battle is that the two have not been on speaking terms for a while, with communication occurring only between their respective personal assistants.

A source close to the pair snitches, "It has become so bad that they cannot be in a room together for more than a few minutes without having a shouting match."

We just hope it isn't in front of the kids!

Another insider says that the Material Girl gave Guy an ultimatum last Friday: transplant back to the States or it's over.

Even after affecting a fake British accent?

Ritchie couldn't wait until the conclusion of Madonna's current tour - the marriage has been dead for a while. Family and friends knew the state of things but kept it under wraps. The couple tried for years to reconcile - to no avail.

Even though there is no pre-nup and Ritchie stands to win up to $150 million or more in divorce court, the filmmaker doesn't want any of it. Not a single cent.

Or so he'd like us to believe!

Despite the silent treatment, a friend of Ritchie's predicts a peaceful divorce, as Madonna has already offered Ritchie ownership of a $24 million country estate.

That seems to go against Madonna's onstage dish at her soon-to-be-ex at her Boston show last night!

Madonna is wasting no time reinventing her love life!

The Queen of Pop is already moving in on Yankees slugger A-Rod, who just completed his divorce from his wife. And, with Madonna's divorce in the works at the hands of celebrity divorce bulldog, Fiona Shackleton, the two will soon be free to date without scrutiny care.

A-Rod reportedly showed up to one of her NYC shows, but he snuck in after the lights went down to sit front and center.

The New York Yankees star and her Madgesty are also supposedly planning a trip to Malawi together as soon as Madonna concludes her Sticky & Sweet tour. The trip is intended to spread awareness for Madonna’s Raising Malawi charity. And, we're sure there will be a little canoodling involved too!

Before their trip, however, they're expected to make an appearance at the Kabbalah Center in New York.

Sounds like a home run!

The UK's Sun reports that Guy Ritchie has told lawyers he wants “not one penny” of Madonna's estimated $518 million fortune.

Guy's own fortune is estimated at $51 million.

Not too shabby!

Do y'all believe that Mr. Ritchie won't sock it to Madge where it hurts the most?

We don't! Cuz things are starting to get u-g-l-y.

The Sun goes on to report that Madge launched divorce proceedings against Guy after leveling a series of accusations against him — portraying him as a cruel and selfish husband.

A source close to the couple told the tab, "When Guy heard the reasons Madonna was divorcing him he hit the roof. He thinks she’s trying to make him out to be the villain of the piece. He’s incandescent with rage.”

What imagery!

We just hope this breakup war doesn't eff up their kids too much!

Breaking up is hard to do.

Especially when you have to perform the night that you've announced your divorce to the world.

Several of our Perezcious readers caught Madonna's show last night in Boston and told us how Her Madgesty backhandedly dedicated a song to her soon-to-be ex.

She dedicated the song Miles Away - written about Guy Ritchie - to "Anybody who knows someone who is emotionally retarded" and then added, "God knows I do!"

Our readers said the crowd went wild.

Yup, we've all been there.

Just, you know, not in front of the whole world.

She's not fucking around, y'all!

When $518 million is at stake you gotta hire the best.

According to the Times of London, Madonna has hired big name Brit divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton.

In addition to repping Prince Charles, Miz Shackleton was in Sir Paul McCartney's corner in his fight against Mucca just recently.

Remember, Mucca dumped water on her the last day of court proceedings?

Anyway, there's a chance that Guy could walk away with a cool $250 million from the divorce.

Allegedly, there's no pre-nup in place!

There's buzz that Guy may be lining up the lawyer who represented Princess Diana in her divorce from Chuck.

How fitting!

The Times also points out that if Guy and Madge were U.S. based, Guy would have been entitled to a smaller payout.

Too bad, M!

So, now that we know it's officially over, let's take a moment for more speculation time!

We're sure the issue of the kids is being seriously considered by control freak/perfectionist Madonna and her soon to be ex, Guy Ritchie.

They gotta make this as easy as possible for the kids!

We've heard reports that Guy is moving out of their London home and into his Wiltshire property, but it's not clear where the kids will be calling home.

If the alleged romance between Madge and A-Rod is a real thing, will Madonna even stay in London?!?

According to the UK's Daily Mail, 12-year old Lourdes supposedly wants to spend more time in NY with her dad, former Madonna trainer Carlos Leon.

Carlos has been overseeing the redecorating of M's NY apartment.

Hmm. Is it being redone to accommodate a more permanent Madge in the NYC?!

Would it be fair to take Rocco and David so far away from their dad?

Would they split up the kids?

Divorce is so unfair for the kids. Boo.

As we mentioned earlier today, Madonna's rep has confirmed that her Madgesty and her film director hubby, Guy Ritchie, are getting divorced.

We also learned exclusively that Madge and Guy have NO pre-nup!

When will people learn? Pre-nups are a necessity nowadays!!!!

Now, some more interesting news is being released. Though not exactly a bombshell….

According to Us Weekly, Madonna and recently divorced baseball star Alex Rodriguez "are definitely romantic."

Craziness!

A source says, "Guy is not involved in this equation. With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven't been 'together' for over a year - they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing."

So, are A-Rod and Madge really hooking up?

A source close to A-Rod says, "A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever. Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna's in."

Interesting, considering that the two were recently spotted having a "friendly" dinner together in NYC just two weeks ago.

The source adds that Madonna "has agreed to be discreet about her relationship with A-Rod until her tour ends and a divorce is announced."

So why make it public now?
