Ryan Seacrest is closing a deal this week to purchase Ellen DeGeneres' 3-acre Beverly Hills home compound for the whopping sum.
The property includes a 9-bedroom, 9,200-square-foot house with two guesthouses and a separate three-bedroom house, plus a pool and pond!

As you know, he and Julianne Hough have been dating for quite some time now — since 2010 in fact. And even though they clearly adore each other, we haven't exactly been predicting an engagement for the two any time soon!
So, you can imagine our utter surprise when he told Julianne he had an "important question" he'd been meaning to ask her on LIVE TELEVISION!!!
The audience gasped instantly! When he reached inside his pocket, the anticipation was PRICELESS!! Julianne looked shocked beyond belief!! The world was completely on edge…
…then it all ended up being one giant joke!! Instead of a diamond, Ryan pulled out a letter and asked his GF to give it to her Rock of Ages co-star Tom Cruise…
